As always, the food here is incredible! Staff were very friendly when taking my order, the milkshakes are so thick and rich and full of flavour. The burgers are always 100/10.

Five guys is the best burger place. Freshly cooked burgers and chips. Burgers are excellent meat patties, so soft you dont need teeth to eat them. Chips are half skinned, and the chips are light and crispy. The prices are high, but you are getting high-quality food. To finish the mayonnaise is the best ever, please sell it in bottles

Absolutely love this place. My favourite burger joint by far. The burgers are always cooked fresh (you can even see them grinding the meat up and making the patties). It might be a bit more expensive than normal fast food burger joints, but it's all fresh and absolutely delicious!

Nice, clean, restaurant. The service was great. We had Cheesburger (all the way), vegetable sandwich with cheese, and little fries. Daughter said, "Best Burger I've ever had!" You can get your own amount of ketchup, mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drinks you get yourself from self-service machine. Toilets are clean - unisex. We had a lovely lunch, nice and fresh food. Delicious

Well... this was our first five guys experience... all I can say is yummm! Three happy food faces! A very helpful person met us at the till to guide us through the order, food was freshly prepared and wrapped in foil. I must say, the hot fries with mayo dip were just great, light, salted and with skins on... and you just get sooo many! (To be honest, they are at their best hot!) We had one bacon dog and two cheese / bacon burgers, all with custom ingredients, and they tasted how they look. Well done 5 guys... we have probably waited too long (but then, it is a fair trip just to come into Bournemouth), but now we have experienced, I have the app to speed things up next time we order! The restaurant was clean, as were the toilets. The food is freshly prepared so you do have to wait a few minutes. The staff were also helpful. Visit was on a Friday lunchtime, with plenty of seating.

Shout out to Jake (per receipt - may have been someone else) who said he was new (2nd week) as he was so friendly and polite. The staff here all cheerful and it makes such a difference. Clean, relaxed environment - good for kids. American style boothes. Plenty of seating. Simple menu, great tasting burgers - fresh patties and delicious shakes. Good portion of fries. Pick your own toppings, all included. We love this chain.

My experience was a good surprise to me, I wasn’t expecting much as I’ve never really liked the idea of how much Five Guys was but I must say it is well worth the money. The burger I had was brilliant, packed with taste and with the extra toppings of my choice for free was amazing. If you go here don’t be worried about the price and always get the small fries because they always put more in anyways and end up with a size that’s close to large anyways.
